work's been really boring this week. do nothing since monday and i hate it. can anyone give me some work??
anyway work is a mess. found out last week that we've been looking at the wrong bands all these while. so this simply means that all the cells that i thought showed positive results are well... not positive at all. 6 weeks of internship left and this happened. and so now i only have 3(out of 70 odd clones) clones that are probably transfected successfully but they're growing real slowly.then today i found out (okay karthik did) that there's something wrong with the DMEM. i dont know whats wrong but well i was the one who prepared it. wth!! I'm so pissed! it's like everything's going wrong.

everybody's coming back on Friday.! hope that they bring lots of nice stuff.lol.
